      No you cannot. For thoughts and feelings, we don't add 了 to "conjugate" the verb even they happened in the past.

      得 (de2) here is a verb for 得病 (to catch a sickness). 的 is here the marker of an adj clause. 小英得的(病)是什么病 = what sickness Little Yin caught.
